Free 12-Month Warranty
Every new phone purchased from Cash Traders comes with a free 12-month warranty for your peace of mind.
This warranty covers eligible faults that are not caused by accidental damage, liquid damage, misuse, or unauthorised repairs.

Delivery Options
We offer secure and reliable delivery services across the UK.
Standard Delivery Service
We primarily use Royal Mail Next Day Special Delivery or other secure signed-for courier services to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.
Alternative Courier Services
Where available, customers may also be offered an alternative courier service at checkout.
Collection Option
If you prefer, you may also choose to collect your order in person from our store, where available.
How Delivery Works

Returns Policy

If you wish to return an item, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions below.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a full return, the item must be returned:
- In the same condition as it was sold
- Unused
- With all original accessories
- In the original packaging
- With any security seals intact
- Without signs of damage, tampering, or misuse
Important Notice for Brand New / Sealed Devices
If the device was sold as brand new or sealed, it must be returned:
- Unopened
- With the seal still fully intact
If the seal has been opened
If you choose to return a brand new device after opening the seal, a 25% restocking fee may apply.
This is because once a sealed device has been opened, it may no longer be resold as brand new.
Returns We Cannot Accept
We may not be able to accept a return if:
- The item is returned damaged
- The device has been used beyond normal inspection
- The item is missing parts, accessories, or packaging
- Security seals have been removed or tampered with
- The device has been locked, altered, or modified
- The product is not returned in the condition it was sold in
Missing Components
A returned product may not be accepted if any included item is missing, including but not limited to:
- Charger
- Cable
- Box
- Accessories
- Manuals
- Inserts
- SIM tool (if included)
- Any promotional or bundled items
The item must be returned as a complete package where applicable.
Proof of Purchase
To process a return, customers must provide:
- A valid proof of purchase
- Order number, receipt, or confirmation from the Cash Traders online store
Returns without proof of purchase may be delayed or refused.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be processed using the original payment method.
Refund Time
Refunds are usually completed within a reasonable timeframe in accordance with applicable consumer legislation and payment provider processing times.

- Shipping costs may be non-refundable unless the item is faulty or not as described.
- Any applicable deduction (such as a restocking fee) will be explained before refund completion.
