How Does A Buyback Work?

Get the items you'd like to sell and buy back.
Head towards Cash Traders with your items.
Once we've looked at and finalised your items, we'll offer you a price and pay you instantly in cash.

We'll keep your items safe and secure for 30 days. You can come in and buy your items back at the same price you sold them for, plus our administration fee.

If you don't come back within the 30 days, we'll offer you a free 7 days more to buy them back. If you still don't return, we'll assume you no longer want the items and we'll sell them in our stores to recover our money.

Requirements To Get A Buyback

You must be over 18 years of age.
At least two forms of ID:

A) Photo proof ID — such as your passport, driving licence or residence card.
B) Address proof ID — issued in the last 6 months to confirm your address, such as a utility bill or council tax letter.

Once we've confirmed your identity, we will process the buyback. Your details, photo and history records will be stored in our computer database.

What We Do Not Buy

Please note that we DO NOT buy anything that is legally restricted or illegal to possess. We also do not buy items that could cause harm to us or the environment.
